The house has three rooms for rent, each of which have their own theme. Two of the bedrooms, the Loon Room and the Puffin Room, are located off the kitchen on the second floor and share a full bath. The third is the Bear Room, located on the first floor and it has a private bath.
The living room and dining room form a common room for host and guests. The front deck has a grill and provides an excellent lookout for observing the towns activities.
